How can I place an order?

With the help of our secure online payment system, you can place your order. You can also contact us via phone during the business days to place your order. Or you can also place multiple orders by emailing us.

If I place my order today, when will it ship?

Orders received by 12pm EST Monday-Friday (Business Days Only) are processed and shipped the same day. Important Note: the day your parcel is shipped is considered as day zero. Orders placed during holidays and weekends are processed on the very next business day. The shipping times may vary depending upon the destination, for instance, shipping time for Quebec/Ontario is 1 to 2 business days.

How long will it take for my gift to arrive?

It depends upon where you’re sending the gift and what items are included in the gift. For further information, you can check our shipping page.

What is the shelf life of your products?

We order and prepare our gift basket products regularly so they are generally fresh and can sustain for 3 months. However, our cookies and cakes are baked freshly so we advise you to consume them within 2 weeks. Fudge is also prepared fresh and it doesn’t go bad soon. However, you need to warm it in a microwave oven to enjoy the freshness. As far as pop corns are concerned, you can consume them within two months. Cookies are also baked fresh and we advise our customers to consume them within 2 weeks.

What about Allergy issues?

Our products may contain nuts - Peanuts and Tree Nuts. Some of our products are nut-free but they can come into contact with nuts so they may contain few of them. We don’t take responsibility for such an allergy due to nuts.

Where you deliver the gift baskets?

We send all our products to USA and Canada except fresh baked cookies. These cookies can be delivered only to Canada.

How can I track my gift?

Whenever you’ll order a package, you’ll receive an email when it is picked by the shipping company. After that, you’ll receive a 2nd email when it is delivered to its destination and received by the recipient. If you book in advance date, you’ll not receive the first email but you’ll surely receive the 2nd email. In a case, if you don’t receive an email, please contact us as soon as possible.

Is it possible to place an order now for a future delivery?

We will be more than happy if you make an advance delivery. You can check the advance delivery option in the delivery form or you can contact us through our representative. Please note that you must exactly fill the desired delivery date.

How do I know you've received my order?

You will receive an automated email from Fedex (Canada Post for PO Box addresses) once your gift has been picked up at our location. Please check your spam folder if you have not received it.

How can I make a change to my order?

If you accidentally made a mistake in the order please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to fix it.

What are your shipping and handling charges?

It depends upon what you’re sending. For most parts within Canada, the charges are $9.95. Orders for rural areas may be charged more cost. For further details, you can check our shipping page. We believe in just covering the cost not earning through shipping charges.

What is your substitution policy?

Substitution can occur when certain items are not available or out of stock. For instance, vulnerable items such chocolates from the months of June to September. In such a case equal quantity of the substitute product or great value will be delivered. These are done at the discretion of the staff to ensure you get the best possible substitute.

What methods of payment do you accept?

When you’re placing online orders, you can use online payments methods like PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. For orders via phone, you can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

What currency is used for your pricing?

All pricing is in Canadian dollars.

Is my gift insured?

All the gifts are ensured through courier service Fedex.

Why do you need the recipient's phone number?

In this way, the delivery agent can confirm the presence of recipient at the delivery address to deliver your gift properly without any wastage of time.

How do I know how much tax I'll have to pay?

Taxes depend upon the delivery address and not on the place where the order is made. It is calculated on the total cost including the price of the gift and the shipping charges. Taxes are calculated on the total cost of the items plus shipping on the following basis: USA-No Tax, BC 5%, AB, SK, MB, PQ PEI, all territories 5%, ON 13%, NB, NF, and NS 15%

How far in advance should I place my Christmas order?

We recommend placing an order as soon as possible. Particularly in the holiday season such as Christmas because our Christmas gifts are there in the month of September so you can book them well in advance. Our regular customers book them in advance to avoid any hassle. Corporate clients are encouraged to place their orders as soon as possible to ensure product availability.  We do sell out of certain designs every year. Some before the beginning of December!  If you need to place a custom corporate order, please contact us no later than the beginning of November to ensure supply.

Can you ship to P.O. Box addresses?

In this respect, we will deliver to P.O Box if you select Canada Post in the delivery method. Remote and rural areas are subjected to additional shipping charges. In such a situation we’ll contact you.

What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?

In a case, if the driver has access to the front door, he will leave the basket there if nobody is home. A door tag will be left if possible for failed delivery attempts. During the delivery process; two attempts will be made to get a signature. If the signature is not obtained, the gift basket will be returned to us.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We process all the credit card payments through the secured processing system of Bambora that are world leader in payment processing sector. Further, we use Mal's E-Commerce, a leading shopping cart server, to collect your order information. The information is gathered through the strictest 128-bit encryption methods.

What is the credit card verification number (CVC)?

It is present on the back of Visa, MasterCard and Discover card and at the front if you have Amex card. It is used to confirm that you are the real card holder and owner of the card. It is required by several merchandises through the world.

What are your hours of operation?

Our regular business hours are Monday- Friday, excluding holidays, as follows:

September-May 10 am-4pm EST
June-July-August Monday-Thursday 10 am-4pm EST, Friday 10am-1pm EST

Many times, we can be found in the office outside of these hours and are available to help you during these times as well.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Is there an easy way to send multiple packages to different addresses?

In this respect, you can use an excel sheet and send it through fax or email. Please add recipient name, company title, address, valid phone number, gift and the number of items and what would be the message on the gift card. After that you can send us the payment. We will keep your record for the future deliveries too.

Can my company open a corporate account?

Yes, please contact us to get a credit application. First order must be charged to a credit card.

Do you offer discounts for multiple orders?

Can I customize my basket?

Yes, we can add other items to your gift basket. You can buy the items locally to add to your gift basket. In this respect, you’ll have to pay extra $ as the pick up fee for each extra item. The delivery date may also be extended to 1 to 2 days.

Can we include company promotional material to your baskets?

Yes, we’ll be more than happy to help you in this respect. We would loe to discuss how we can help to promote your corporate identity. We do it for free except a considerable amount of labor is required to design such a gift basket.

What is imprinted ribbon?

THREE WHITE DOVES has a ribbon imprinter in house, so we can custom imprint ribbon to attach to your gift basket (think Miss America sash) to make it extra special. For each page, there are several options available including thank you, happy birthday, happy Easter, Happy Christmas and many more. Please call us at +1 (888) 389-0170  to request a custom imprinted ribbon under "special instructions" on our order form. Please mention that it is a custom ribbon imprint request.

We can imprint up to 35 characters (including spaces). e.g.  Welcome to the Family Baby Connor! For large corporate orders, we offer special price. Please feel free to call us for further details.

Can I add alcohol to my basket?

Due to the courier restrictions, any alcoholic items are not allowed. However, you can select to add a gift certificate from the Liquor or Beer store.

Can I include a message with my gift?

Sure. We ask you what you'd like the gift card to say right on the order page.  Don't forget to say who its from!

What Do I need To Know about Special Instructions and Delivery Dates?

The shipping times may vary depending upon the destination, for instance, shipping time for Quebec/Ontario is 1 to 2 business days.

If you select Preferred Delivery Date please ensure Preferred Delivery Date corresponds with Shipping Option chosen and our Order Cut Off Times. If both the dates are conflicting we will neglect the Preferred Delivery Date entered and we will go according to the Shipping Option. For instance if you select next day delivery under Preferred Delivery Date, and after that you select 3 to 4 days delivery under the shipping option, we will follow the 3 to 4 shipping option.

If still, there is confusion, we will follow our standard procedure of shipping.

If you want your gift basket to be delivered on a specific date, please select overnight delivery or 1 to 2 day delivery options which are guaranteed. Same day delivery options are not available. Delivery to rural and remote areas may take more days. Few deliveries are also made on Saturday but only to major business areas. Call us for a quote.

We don’t offer Overnight, 2 day & 3 day service to USA. We will inform you if you select such a delivery option and that’s not available at your chosen destination address.

THREE WHITE DOVES don’t take responsibility of the shipment being forwarded to the patient/student/recipient by the accepting facility. We only take responsibility of the delivery of the shipment. A signature is required for the deliveries made to businesses and apartments. In a case, if the driver has access to the front door, he will leave the basket there if nobody is home.

Courier service doesn’t accept time bonded deliveries such as deliveries by 1 pm, 2 pm or 4 pm, etc.

If you’ll leave a valid email address, you’ll receive both the picking and delivery emails regarding your package.
